The answers you need for our most commonly asked questions

HOW DO I GET A QUOTE FOR A CUSTOM PIECE OF FURNITURE?

Send us a message through our website or social media sites. When we know the style and size of the piece you have in mind, we can write you a no obligation quote. We require a 50% deposit to place the project in queue on the shop calendar, with the remaining balance due before shipping or at pickup. Please feel free to contact us with any ideas you may have for a custom piece of furniture.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME FOR ORDERS?

Each project dictates how long the lead times are. The bigger or more exotic the piece, the longer the lead time. Typically most dining tables and dining sets have an average lead time of around 6-8 weeks. We encourage you to contact us for our current booking dates, as we usually reserve projects slots 1-2 months in advance. We do offer a rush service on certain projects for an additional charge.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes, shipping is available in the contiguous United States and most or Canada. Additional charges will apply and vary by location and size of shipment. Contact us for up to date rates.

DO YOU STOCK READY-MADE FURNITURE?

Because all of our furniture is custom made to order, we do not stock items. Each piece of furniture I build is unique in design, size, color and wood species. However, we constantly have in-progress pieces, or pieces waiting for pick up/delivery that potential customers are more than welcome to check out.

I offer no obligation phone and in person consultations, and am happy to speak with you via text, instant message, chat, or email regarding any order or design idea you may have.
